This is one of the more interesting ones I've found in the past little bit, so we're gonna break it down! LET'S GO! The Aftermath DLC picks up right where Mortal Kombat 11 ends. Liu Kang has defeated Kronika in their final battle across time. He and Raiden are at the dawn of time, where they prepare to use Kronika’s Hourglass to restart history. But as Liu Kang begins to rewrite time, he is stopped by the arrival of some unexpected guests – Fujin, Nightwolf, and Shang Tsung. The unlikely trio explain that they were prisoners of Kronika, and that they were released upon her death. Now the three "heroes" are here to prevent Liu Kang from destroying not only the Hourglass but reality itself. Without the power of Kronika's crown there is a very imminent danger.
