If so, we have some suggestions. Solar Shades are a great option for rooms with a view that also get a lot of direct sunlight. When closed, these shades greatly diminish the glare but provide enough transparency for you to still see out. When raised, they virtually disappear at the top of the window, providing an unobstructed view. One thing to remember is that that these shades do not provide privacy at night. Many Woven Wood Shades have an open weave that preserves your view. Woven wood shades, sometimes called bamboo shades, are made from a variety of materials such as woods, reeds and grasses that offer a nice, natural style to any room. Honeycomb Shades are a great choice because of their versatility, and the fact that they stack very compactly at the top of the window. Choose a top down/bottom up shade to adjust the shade to provide the view you want, along with the privacy you need. Consider an outside mount – this way the product will stack outside the window perimeter and allow you to enjoy your full view if you would like. Wood and faux wood blinds with large slats will also help you keep your favorite view, while maintaining the look of classic blinds. With a 2 ½” slat, you will have plenty of space to see outside between the slats.
