Earlier this year we welcomed Leicester Tigers and England Rugby Scrum-Half, Ben Youngs to the Performance Centre. As a professional rugby player for over 12 years, Ben was keen to find a new way to improve his fitness and endurance and explore an alternative to the post-match run to aid in his recovery. As a rugby player first, and now cyclist second, the Performance Centre team looked at Ben's position on his SLR 9.6 Disc and assessed his baseline cycling fitness to ensure he was off to the best possible start.
