BoatAdvice's video: Arvor 755 and 855 Weekender Comparison

@Arvor 755 and 855 Weekender Comparison
The Arvor weekenders are the perfect blend of function and versatility with a design equal parts dayboat and overnighter. Boatadvice journalist Dom Wiseman was lucky enough to have both the 755 and 855 Weekenders out on Sydney Harbour recently for a full water test. It was interesting having the same boat in different lengths alongside each other and highlighted the differences in this usable platform. Both boats are outboard powered with Boatadvice judging the 755 as the more maneouverable of the two while the 855 was ahead on comfort with the extra length providing a more expansive layout above and below decks. The 755 is perfect for a small family looking for a boat that is capable of inshore and offshore work with the odd overnight stay. The main cabin is perfect for adults while the second berth is suitable for children. Neither have closing doors but on short stays this shouldn't be a problem. The convertible dinette also adds another option for a bed. With an onboard toilet and plenty of deck space entertaining onboard is also an option. The Arvor 855 Weekender is again suitable for families that are looking for that little bit more comfort. The boat is overall longer and stands taller offering more room onboard. In addition the cabin is pushed to one side again delivering more space internally. There are, like the Arvor 755 Weekender, the 855 has twin berths, both with closing doors. The dinette in the larger boat offers more confirgurations from u shaped lounge to forward facing passenger seat to bed. The 855 adds an internal show while the 755's is located at the transom. Any family looking for a versatile, well built package that offers some familiarity if you're moving up from a trailerboat will appreciate the outboard powered 755 and 855 Weekenders.
