Vegan Scramble 🍽️ Benefits :- 🌟The High magnesium content in pumpkins helps lower and regulate blood pressure. 🌟Consuming Pumpkin seeds in good amounts reduces the risk of gastric and colorectal cancers. 🌟Pumpkin seeds are good for our immune system due to the presence of vitamin E and Zinc. Ingredients:- 1 cup pumpkin seeds ½ cup water 2 tbsp almond milk ½ tsp salt ½ tsp turmeric pinch of pepper ½ tsp baking powder 1 small cup chopped bell peppers 1 small cup chopped mushrooms 1 small cup chopped spinach Method :- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth except baking powder. Add scramble into a bowl then stir in baking powder quickly. Use a nonstick pan for this scramble!!! Saute veggies first. Then add pumpkin seed egg to the pan on medium heat. Let it sit and bubble up for a minute before moving it around in the pan. Saute until a scramble texture (will take 10 min). Serve and enjoy!! Macros Approx of per serving Carbs :- 11.1 grams Fats :- 25.3 grams Protein :- 17.6 grams Calories :- 309
