Level 2 of transformation Praveen & Maahek focused a lot on programming, eating even cleaner, and split routine (Two-time workout to really enhance the complete outcome) we really focused on getting the best out of the nutrition where all the macros and calories were counted to make me look lean from waist as well as look filled on muscle volume.
This transformation has been a life-changing experience. Most of the time think going to the gym and working out for a few hours will let us meet our goal, but in reality, this is all about science, you need to be precise about what you are eating, how much you are eating, when you are eating, when you are working out, how much you are working out, at what zone of the intensity you are in, etc... All I say is that fat loss or weight loss is way too easy, but to have great fitness, low-fat percentage, good and filled muscles you need a good coach around you to keep monitoring all the time to make sure that you are motivated and you have the mindset to stay focused.
