Oats Spinach Dosa Ingredients 1 Cup Boiled spinach 1 Cup Soaked Oats Salt as per taste 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds Ginger Garlic 1 tablespoon Gram Flour or Rice Flour Oil to grease 1 tablespoon Method In a blender add soaked oats , boiled spinach , cumin seeds , ginger , garlic , 1 tablespoon gram flour , salt and little water left over of oats . Blend and make a thick consistency. Heat a pan, grease oil on it, add the batter and make a round dosa . Flip from both sides is an option. Cook till it’s crispy. Your dosa is ready to serve any chutney of your Choice. Benefits - Oats contain beneficial nutrients, including fiber and protein. - Eating oats lowers blood sugar and cholesterol levels. - Spinach is an extremely nutrient-rich vegetable. - It packs high amounts of carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, iron, and calcium. - Excellent option for Breakfast and lunch .
