Super Healthy Home-Made Protein Bar Ingredients 1. Roast all the below ingredients 1/2 Cup Almonds , 1/2 Cup Walnuts , 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds , 1/2 Cup Sunflower seeds , 1/2 Cup Chia seeds . Blend them all in a coarse mixture . 2. Roast 1 Cup of Oats 3. Mix Oats, Nuts, and 1 scoop @isopure_india Protein 4. Add 2-3 Tablespoon date syrup to the same. 5. Bind all together into a thick mixture. 6. Now Place them into a tray and flatten them. 7. To add more taste. Take 1/2 Cup Dark chocolate add 1 tablespoon oil and microwave it for 1-2 minutes until it’s completely Melted. 8. Now Add the chocolate over the Bar and refrigerate the same for an hour. An Excellent and Super Healthy Bar is ready for Takeaway!
