Boffis123's video: Douglas Dc-3 more planes at Vaasa airport Open house day

During an open house day at Vaasa airport, we decided to go there and check it out, they had a bunch of airplanes, maily gliders on display and an Aero-Oy Douglas Dc-3 (OH-LCH) takeoff. We were also allowed to enter a hangar/museum which had some older planes on display, for example an Antonov 2. The Dc-3 that flew is also sister to OH-LCC which crashed in Kvevlax back in 1961 after taking from Kronoby with Vaasa as its destination. Killing all 25 people onboard making it the deadliest civilian aviation accident in Finland. Another ill-fated sister to OH-LCH is OH-LCA, which crashed in Mariehamn on a flight from Helsinki in 1963. Of the 25 people onboard 22 were killed and 3 survivors, second deadliest after OH-LCC accident. Also, OH-LCD is on display next to the taxiways at Helsinki Vantaa airport. If you ever land/takeoff at Helsinki on runway 04R you will see it on the left side. Or right side if you arrive from 22L
