Boggy Creek Beast's video: Rudiger Roll Oxygen Absorber - Iron oxide - Rudiger Roll Rust - Fire Roll Rust Origins natural

@Rudiger Roll Oxygen Absorber - Iron oxide - Rudiger Roll Rust - Fire Roll Rust Origins natural
In this video I demonstrate the Rudiger Roll Friction Fire method using the contents of an Oxygen Absorber. The main constituent in a common oxygen absorber is iron powder. Once iron powder is exposed to oxygen it oxidizes forming iron oxide(Rust). Rust is one of the better accelerants that I personally discovered to use with this method. Years back I used to dabble in pyrotechnics. A common oxidizing agent I used in pyrotechnics was Iron oxide. So, you can see why Rust was an easy choice when it came to finding alternatives for ashes to use with this method. Rust will also work with any plant or twine seen in my other videos. True, there are better methods of making a fire. The Rudiger Roll friction fire method is a worst case scenario survival technique. If you are down to using rust and cotton for fire making then something has gone HORRIBLY WRONG and I wish you the best of luck. I want to make these next comments plain and clear for everyone. I enjoy making fire with this method BUT I am NOT naive. I always have sure fire starting methods with me. My personal fire starting kit has lighters, wind and water proof matches, fire steels, fire paste and cotton balls with petroleum jelly. I also have several road flares with me in the event of a true emergency when a fire is needed FAST.
