Real Talk! Have you ever given the most brilliant answer to a question that amazed even you? This is because of the Holy Spirit within you! When you hear from God and are connected to His heart, you start to have compassion for the people He has passion for. Eventually, you will talk to someone who has influence you don't have. When God leads you to these opportunities or these kinds of people, it's always by His strength. God chose to speak to you because you are one of His children. He wants to use you! He wants to repeat and replicate these moments in your lifetime. Every once in a while, God will give you admission and talk to someone of influence. It may feel uncomfortable or awkward at first. For me, this still happens. :). When this happens I want to encourage you and give you some advice when speaking to an influencer. 1. Be clear about the message. 2. Build the context of the conversation. 3. People mentally label all conversations that start with strangers. 4. Record it or write it down so you can follow up with them. 5. Have fun! 6. Pray & ask them if they have any questions. 7. Keep the private...private! Remember: Be you! Be as normal as you can be! Be who God made you to be!
