Bong Eats's video: Potoler dorma two versions Bengali stuffed pointed gourd recipe

@Potoler dormaโ€”two versions | Bengali stuffed pointed gourd recipe
Potoler dorma: The Bengali dorma is said to be a local evolution of the Middle Eastern dolma, which is part of the Ottoman cuisine. Dolma was possibly brought into Bengal by Armenian immigrants. If you are interested in the fascinating history of the Bengali dorma, you can read Tanushree Bhowmik's well-researched post here: ๐Ÿ”— https://go.bongeats.com/dorma Dorma can be made with a variety of vegetables, although the one made with potol or pointed gourd has become most popular among Bengalis. The stuffing can vary widely and traditionally includes dried fruits (and sometimes nuts). We have a niramish (without onion or garlic) version here that uses ground Bengal gram, and an aamish (non-vegetarian) version with fish and prawns. Non-vegetarian stuffing can include dried fish (shutki) or meat, while vegetarian fillings can be made with chhana (cottage cheese), rice, or other vegetables. ______________________________________________ ๐Ÿฅ˜ RECIPE WITH INGREDIENT LIST ๐Ÿ“ Potoler dorma with dal: Coming soon Potoler dorma with fish: Coming soon ______________________________________________ ๐ŸŽฅ RELATED VIDEOS ๐ŸŽฌ Polao: https://youtu.be/67SE2Zg2AJI ๐ŸŽฌ Bengali garam moshla: https://www.bongeats.com/recipe/bengali-garam-masala ______________________________________________ ๐Ÿ”ชCURIOUS ABOUT OUR KITCHEN POTS & PANS? ๐Ÿณ https://bongeats.com/kitchen/tools ๐Ÿ“ท OUR CAMERA GEAR DETAILS ๐ŸŽ™ https://bongeats.com/gearโ€‹ ______________________________________________ ๐ŸŽถ MUSIC "Chowringhee" ยฉ Bong Eats, composed by @Bemanan Music ๐ŸŽง GET THE ALBUM (ยฉ for listening only) https://kit.co/bongeats/music-album-quorma-kaliya-polao ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿฝโ€๐Ÿณ Cooking Bong Eats recipes? ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿฝโ€๐Ÿณ ๐Ÿ“ธSHOW US YOUR PHOTOS!
