So far so good, moving more riding the bike just moving, still working on sleep though but I am trying. Staceys still having her fun hot flashes, i got her some wicking shirts shes wearing one today to work, i hope if she gets a hot flash spell the shirt helps a bit guess we will see. No big plans for the 4th maybe cookout and see some local fireworks, well the girls will not so much for me. Ive been enjoying some elvis stuff online and youtube and I got this one documentary called the searcher that I really enjoyed its my favorite so far.
