Ear Scope: https://amzn.to/32zMc5z KetoScan Ketone Meter: https://amzn.to/3gKd3Rn Dr Fung Book: https://amzn.to/3b6afx3 Week 91 for us, slow but sure I am seeing quite a few doctors and getting some things addressed thanks to Stacey for making me go in :) My ears are on the mend and road to feeling better and I no longer have pain, I failed my hearing test moderate loss but as they heal I am hopeful to get some of that back and stopping the pain was a huge improvement. I love having this little ear scope tool, linked it above got it on Amazon of course, super handy too for the kids ears when now we can look in there and see are they infected, swollen dirty etc. I am re-reading my Dr Fung Complete guide to fasting book, mainly as a refresher and reminder of the importance, seems lately I have been very distracted with life, the kids, health and finance issues, hoping the re read will help me focus and get back into some fasting highly recommend his books especially for diabetics like me.  We are heading to the lake for a mini 2 day vacation Monday, can't wait to just get away for a bit, bringing some cards and chairs gonna keep foods simple and go for walks if the weather cooperates :) My A1C is down again now 6.8 and the doctor wants me to try 2 weeks of no meds to see if that might be part of my stomach issues, a bit scared sugars haven't been great for me lately which makes it hard to get into ketosis fully, but I am tracking my numbers and hey if it helps the stomach I am all for it, if nothing else it will rule that out as a suspect. I see the gastro at the end of sept this will be my 4th visit after my colonoscopy last year where afterwords nothings been right I am seeing a new doctor this time tho so hopefully she can help sort me out.
