Border Rambler's video: White Coomb Southern Uplands Boggy Hike

So eventually I managed to do a hike/recce up to White Coomb , I parked at the Grey Mare’s Tail car park £3 a day, and went up via the side of the waterfall and up to Loch Skeen . I then went up to LochCraig Head and then around to Firthybrig head then Firthhope Rig before reaching the tallest of the Moffat Hills “ White Coomb” . It was a beautiful day with mist in the valleys which then rose to smother the summits . I will return in the drier weather to do a camp as it was very wet underfoot but this was helped today by the ground been frozen.
