Boss Bassoon's video: Bach Cello Suite No 4 Prelude I Bassoon

@Bach Cello Suite No. 4 Prelude I Bassoon
If you listen carefully, do you hear the cello? Well, I actually don’t know very much about the cello (wish I did) but I do play the bassoon, which some people describe as the cello of the wind instruments. Bach's Cello Suites were originally composed by Johanne Sebastian Bach in the 1700s, written specifically for the cello. They have since been performed and recorded by many renowned cellists and have been transcribed for numerous other instruments, and are considered amongst Bach's greatest musical achievements. There were 6 suites composed by Bach in total. Here is a little bit of the beginning of the prelude for Suite No. 4 in E flat major, considered one of the most technically demanding of the suites. I am still working on it and so it isn’t very good yet (sorry Bach!), but hopefully it kind of does your masterpiece justice. After 300 hundred years, this is still an incredible piece. https://youtu.be/elIxwv4L6Lg
