These are the results. So, after about 13 years or so, I decided to release a new volume of Super Mario Bros, because fuck it, why not? This game is always so fun to corrupt. With that out of the way, you've probably noticed by now that the video format has changed a bit. Allow me to explain this change and what it means to you. So about a month ago, I decided I need to upgrade my current monitor setup. After weighing to pros and cons on the WIDE assortment of monitors to choose from, I decided to go with the Asus ROG Strix XG49VQ, oh boy, this thing is AWESOME. And it's WIDE. Oh, so very wide. Wider than your mother! I was having a blast with it until I encountered one slight, tiny problem... Playing classic games on it was a terrible experience! I'm just starting at this tiny fucking square of a game with these absolutely UGLY black bars on either side, and I was all "oh FUCK THIS," and forced the game to stretch to the entire screen and it was MARVELOUS. I have super wide screen Mario, covering every square inch of my glorious screen, and that made the most sense, because if I spent fucking $800 on a monitor, I'm going to use all $800 dollars' worth, damn it! I have to take full advantage of my brand spanking new purchase, right? With it beautifully filling my screen like this, I want my videos to take advantage of my ultrawide as well, so I'm proud to announce that my videos will be rendered with a 32:9 aspect ratio moving forward. In addition to this, I shall be remastering my previous videos to 32:9 so they can all take up all of that sweet, sweet widescreen real estate. Until then, enjoy the new format! FAQ: Q.
