Brains Applied's video: Why do fake drugs work - The Placebo Effect

@Why do fake drugs work? - The Placebo Effect
Howdy Cowboys, After several weeks of being too busy, I'm back with a video about the Placebo Effect! The placebo effect is a funny little subconscious phenomenon that we all suffer from. It can make little children act drunk when you tell them there's alcohol in their apple juice and it can make adults feel better when you tell them their fake painkillers are real! It's weird, but it works! The placebo effect works because of our believe in the placebo and because we have been conditioned to believe that taking medicines will make us feel better. But it's not just funny, it also does raise some pretty ethical questions... Check out the video for more! Enjoy the ride! Don't forget to LIKE and SUBSCRIBE!
