Brains Applied's video: NoFap - Truth Or Lies

@NoFap - Truth Or Lies?
Hi everyone, I decided to remake my video about NoFap because I had made some mistakes in my previous one! This video should be completely unbiased :) Today I'm answering the questions: - Is porn addictive? - Does porn mess up your relationship? - Does porn give you erectile dysfunction? - Does not watching porn give you more testosterone? In the end, we should be a bit careful with following the NoFap movement, because there isn't evidence for some of their claims and there is still debate about the other ones. I would love to hear your opinion!
