This is part 8 of me working on Adrian. Here I am loosening up his big toe which is the holding point for several bands of tension that go up from there The bands are called the Big Toe Belly band, the Big Toe Sacrum band, the Delta band and the Achilles band. I am using the chopstick on the tip of his big toe and Thai massage tools to go further up.
