Supposedly it was a " mistake" though I'm not buying it was a mistake... I feel either it was done purposely as a test to see how people would react or there's more to what I'm hearing ..... The same thing happened over a year or 2 ago when Hawaii got multiple messages from their local government saying a nuke was launched and to take cover ... Yeah it's no accident.... Also in russia a well known and the biggest chemical plant in all of Europe or in all of Russia caught on fire which isn't good for anyone living there and strangely no-one knows who lit the fire?... Maybe someone don't want putin using chemical weapons as word is he's already starting to in small areas in ukraine though I can't confirm that...
