Brave New Wear's video: Will Kanye Save The Gap with Yeezy Collaboration

Peace, love and Gap. For almost 20 years the Gap has been struggling to stay relevant. Once one of the BIGGEST clothing brands in the world, the Gap was synonymous with easy, affordable basics like jeans, but they have since been pushed out of that market by savvier brands like Uniqlo. Now The Gap has recently announced their newest collaboration with Kanye West that will mark the beginning of a 10 year deal on a diffusion brand called Yeezy Gap. Can Kanye and Yeezy save The Gaps perpetually slumped sales? Will it breath new life into the mall staple? Or will this 10 year project end up a flop? ONE THING I did not get a chance to cover is the controversy around Gap's choice to announce this collaboration while their Telfar collaboration is on pause (and the brand has yet to be paid for their current work).
