Brentwood Photography's video: Cat-Poop-chino

The Kopi Luwak Coffee comes from the Indonesian island, an area well known for its excellent coffee. Also native to the area is a small catlike animal the locals call the Luwak. These little guys live in the trees and one of their favorite foods is the red, ripe coffee cherry. They eat the cherries, being at all. While the beans in a little guy stomach it undergoes chemical treatment and fermentations. The being finishes its journey through the digestive system and exits. The still intact beans are collected from the forest floor and cleaned, then roasted and ground just like any other coffee. The result is a coffee that tastes like no other. It has a rich have a flavor with hints of caramel and almost chocolate. Other terms I could describe it as her earthly, and exotic. The body is almost syrupy but it's very smooth. I know this probably isn't something for everybody, but you know what they say, when in Rome! Had to do it and glad I did. Anyway enjoy the video.
