Produce With Me's video: Bitwig 2 1 - Distortion Amp and More

@Bitwig 2.1 - Distortion (Amp and More)
https://www.sormena.org/ for more of my free courses. In this video we dive deep into the two primary harmonic distortion devices included in Bitwig Studio. In the first half of the video we take a more generic look at the different types of overtones generated (odd vs even) depending on what type of circuit is being distorted/overdriven (tapes, tubes, transistors). We'll analyze a number of plugins to help us better understand what happens when we overdrive different types of exciters, consoles, EQ's, etc. In the second half of the video we look specifically at the our old friend (Distortion) and our new friend (Amp). The Amp is awesome for all sorts of music creators because it can be used in so many different contexts (not just for guitar). Don't forget about your modulators on the cabinet settings as well. You can create all sorts of interesting modulation type effects that are very unique but still sound cool (somewhere between a chorus, flanger, and phaser).
