A New York City native, ECC fronts band The Constituency and was a cornerstone member of D.C. outfit Rock Creek Kings with whom he toured the East Coast extensively. But his soul is as a singer/songwriter. ECC's music is a throwback to the heyday of Dylan, The Dead and The Band bringing together a spirit of unity and community... and the occasional good party.
