SOYABEAN ALOO MATAR PULAO RECIPE Inngredients : aloo chopped 4-5 nos soya bean 1 cup boiled and soaked matar 1 cup fresh jeera 1 tsp green cardamom 3 nos black cardamom 1 nos star anise 1 nos cinnemon 2 inch bayleaf 2 nos sliced onion 2 nos green chilli 6 nos ginger garlic coriander paste 2 tbsp cooking oil 4-5 tbsp desi ghee 1 tbsp red chilli 1 tbsp jeera pwd 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp garam masala 1 tbsp salt to taste green coriander leaves handfull water 5 cup dry fruits ets. Procedure ---- Heat cooker with 4 to 5 tbsp cooking oil . When oil is hot add sliced onions saute well add jeera whole spices Saute 2-3 minutes . Add ginger garlic coriander paste 2 tbsp saute well add diced potatoes, green peas and boiled soya beans mix it well add powder spices mix well cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Add soaked basmati rice we used Rajbhog brand u can add any brand of your choice . Mix it well asd coriander leaves and five cup of water 1 tbsp desi ghee pressure cooked upto 3 whistles after that release pressure naturally open the lid garnish with some dry fruits.
