MATAR MASHROOM PULAO / MASHROOM PULAO RECIPE / MATAR PULAO RECIPE / PULAO RECIPE In this video I have made matar mashroom pulao in pressure cooker. Heat oil 3 tbsp add whole spices of your choice add chopped garlic 5-6 pods and onion 1 chopped then add green chilli 4-5 nos saute 2 minutes add some groundnuts and mater and mashroom 100- 100 gram. cover and cook 2 minutes then add basmati rice 2 cuo salt to taste turmeric and water 4 cup cook 2-3 whistles. after then release pressure naturally our pressure cooker pulao is ready to serve.
