In this practical webinar, the speakers, Sarah Smith and Claire Steele focused on empowering learners with 'learning to learn' techniques. They started by sharing the outcomes for the session and focused on what cognitive and metacognitive means. They demonstrated a language lesson which further clarified these concepts. Later, they shared practical tasks that teachers can easily implement in their classes.
