If you have any joint pain or shin splints, try icing it with a bag of frozen peas. The peas will form to your body...making it the perfect ice bag. Do not apply the frozen bag directly on the skin. Place a shirt or towel on the problem area first then the bag of peas to prevent freezer burn to your skin. Leave on for 15-20 min. Once you're finish icing, your peas should be ready to eat!
