Running is 99% mental 1% physical. Keep telling yourself "I CAN" and your body will listen. Run/jog for 1 min then walk for 1 min. Do this for 15-20 mins and increase each day. Signing up for a fun run is a great way to stay committed and go the "extra mile", you have a goal to reach and something to look forward to:) Mentally reward yourself with encouraging thoughts.
