Brooks Laich's video: 7 Exercises to Improve Hip Hamstring Mobility

Here is a sequence I have developed to help improve your hip and hamstring mobility. It is 7 difference exercises, targeting specific regions and muscle groups, to not only help you increase your mobility, but also help you reduce pain in those areas. Coming out of my 15-year professional hockey career, I had chronic pain in my left hamstring. So I created this sequence, did it 3 every Monday Wednesday and Friday for 6 weeks, and got myself completely out of pain! Do each exercise 3 times, and hold it for :30 each.
