@465 Quick Fix for a Fixture for small run of non circular flange machining.

I made a simple fixture to avoid doing 4 Jaw setups for each part. The trick is in the fix! I used a scrap drop plate, threaded it to hold the flanges and added two dog screws to capture the different sized flanges. Machined the face and then the counterbore for the O Ring.
