After suffering from asthma and congestion for many years, he was able to gain control not only over his hyperventilation but also his respiratory symptoms. In this video, he shares what he learned about his breathing difficulties and how to control them. This artist created an image used at the beginning of this video to show Sasha's frustration with his never-ending symptoms.
