Took a lot of trial and error to figure out how to route all three in one go. You'll need either Knuckles or Tails to do all three unless there's something I'm missing about the second ring. Tails is ideal but you can do it with Knuckles as well with some tricky spin dash jumps. I used Knuckles to show how to do it.
