Bring Mighty for this one. I spent a couple of hours trying to route to hit all three rings but I was unsuccessful. I couldn't find a way to backtrack from the upper route after using the gun around 00:45. I showed all three just for completeness sake but unless I missed something, you can only get two in one run since the lower route will eventually feed into the upper route but at a point where you can't get back to the first ring.
