US Power Metal from New York (City). From 2005 "The Tyrant Sessions" single This band around guitar wizard Mark Reale belongs to the founders of US Metal scene. They were formed in 1975 and recorded masterpieces in all periods of their career. In 1984 they broke up for a short time, and Mark formed Narita, but after a demo he revived Riot with one of the best Metal singers ever: Harry "The Tyrant" Conklin! But this metallian dream dashed against the awry brain waves of Riot´s manager who suggested Harry to take singing lessons!!! Well, I suggest this man(iac)ager to take thinking lessons... This song later appeared on "Nightbreaker". Riot are still active, again now with Tyrant follower Tony Moore.
