Think of Training Day Gym as a recreational training facility, with a focus on strength, performance and functional training, we think training should be fun & positive. Pushing through, when something heavy tries to keep you down - is what we do in the gym, it’s also what we do in life. So as you get stronger and fitter in the gym, you’ll realize that life can be much better, when you’re fit enough to enjoy it. We place your satisfaction above all else, because we want you to love this place as much as we do. Within our uplifting atmosphere, you will do two things; challenge and improve. So instead of telling you we are the best, we ask you to come in, and tell us where we can improve. So we can remain the best gym you’ve ever been to. We do however, expect the same from you!
