C4 Waterman's video: Masayuki Takahata AKA Yacu

When it comes to making good on your bucket list, Japanese national Yacu Takahata is a master. As an olympic paddler, he has represented his country in Slalom and whitewater rafting. As a mountaineer he has been up Mount Everest on environmental mission's to clean the discarded oxygen bottles. He tried his legs at adventure racing and competed in three Eco-challenge events in Morocco, Argentina and Borneo. Yacu now works at RealBVoice, a Japanese company with extremely close ties to Buffalo Keaulana and his ohana in Makaha. With his determination and focus now on SUP, It will be exciting to see what results come. However, the greatest part about this human being is his radiant humility. If you are lucky enough to cross paths with him, you will remember the friendship more then his achievements.
