In the alleged excise scam case of Delhi, Rouse Avenue Court has sent BRS leader K Kavita to the custody of Enforcement Directorate (ED) for 7 days. K Kavita will remain in ED custody till March 23. According to the remand copy, the ED has named K Kavita as the mastermind of the alleged scam, who conspired with top leaders of South Group and Aam Aadmi Party and was given Rs 100 crore as kickback (bribe).
