A 30 minute high intensity interval training videos. And she's got our very own Adam Beales (Adam B @Adam B ) to join in with them all - they really are for adults, children, kids of all ages and family fun. If you love the gym, you'll love this but also if you just want a bit of exercise, this is also for you!) The warm up which is really important to get your heart rate up slowly: Jogging Arm circles Side leg raises - where you can stretch your glutes High knees round Round 1 35 seconds - jogging on the spot and climbing the ropes 35 seconds jump lunges or step lunges 35 seconds star jumps 35 seconds superman on the floor 35 seconds bicycle crunches for the abs and the legs 35 seconds high knees 35 seconds sumo squats 35 seconds running on the spot as fast as you can Round 2 35 seconds - skipping on the spot - pretend you've got a skipping rope if it's easier. 35 seconds - squats - to make it harder you can add a jump. 35 seconds - mountain climbers, to make it harder you can go on your arms. 35 seconds - glute bridges, squeeze everything in as your'e doing it. 35 seconds - donkey kicks 35 seconds - side lunge, alternate legs. 35 seconds - crab walk (Adam thinks Saffron is pranking him with this one!) 35 seconds - squat down, tap, jump up Round 3 35 seconds - running on the spot. If that's too hard try really high marches. 35 seconds - curtsy lunge. 35 seconds - squat down, tap, criss-cross. 35 seconds - kick boxing, kicks. 35 seconds - running on the spot while punching. 35 seconds - toe touch squat. 35 seconds - high knees. 35 seconds - plank hold. Then a cool down. (Cooldown) with stretches. This is the perfect HIIT workout.
