Leng Saeb One of our favorite dishes in Thailand. We missed it so much we tried to recreate it using pork spare ribs. This will do lol. Cravings satisfied.😉😛 My tummy doesn't become gassy unlike when eating sinigang (sad coz I love sinigang since I was a child). Becoming older made me sensitive to sinigang mix. Next time I should try real tamarind or tamarind paste. Maybe I won't get gas after lol.
