Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of The Incredible Hulk for the Game Boy Advance developed by Pocket Studios and published by Vivendi Games. Released to coincide with the 2003 film Hulk, The Incredible Hulk is a standalone action game featuring Marvel’s big green monster. The game plays like a typical 3D beat ‘em up, as players move the Hulk through 3D environments from an angled perspective and pound everything—and everyone—they come into contact with. The Incredible Hulk features 33 levels and link support for up to four players. Players swing for the fences with the Hulk’s massive green fists, but they can also pick up objects and throw them at enemies. Small things like barrels and large things like tanks—they’re all weapons to the Hulk. The game features three save slots, which allows players to play in short bursts and avoid the tedium inherent to these simple beat ‘em ups. The Incredible Hulk was also released for several home consoles. This video feature features video gameplay footage of The Incredible Hulk for the Game Boy Advance and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
