( Recitation by Nakshatra) 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳 India on Wednesday (August 23) made history as its Chandrayaan-3 lander successfully touched down on the moon's south pole, Chandrayaan-3 is a planned third lunar exploration mission by the Indian Space Research Organisation. Chandrayaan-3 mission has launched from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre. 14th July 2023. 23rd August 2023 Historic Day Chandrayan 3 Successfull Landing. India has successfully landed its third mission to the moon, Chandrayaan 3. ISRO's ambitious moon mission landed after completing over 40 days in space. Last month, it lifted off from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed the landing. The mission has made a soft landing on the south pole of the moon. India has now become the first country ever to reach the moon's south pole. It has also become the fourth country in the world to achieve a soft landing on the moon, after the US, China and Russia. The mission follows Chandrayaan 1 and Chandrayaan 2. This marks a huge milestone for India in the global space race.
