The staff had already tried to calm him down and talk to him nicely but he must of taken there kindness for weakness. In the end they got fed up of waiting for the police to arrive who they had called 15 mins before this video was recorded. The guy was clearly drunk but that doesn’t give him the excuse to abuse workers.
