This is a great way to make a long shelf life and tasty pickle! Crisp, tangy with a hint of spice, just perfect! I cooked in a 140F (60C) bath for 2.5 hours then let the pickles sit sealed overnight to cool off before I put them in the refrigerator. These came out fantastic and are practically foolproof!
