Koottu Curry|| How to make Traditional & Authentic Kerala Sadya Special Tasty Koottu Curry || Onam / VIshu / Festival Special Delicasy Kootu Curry is a traditional side dish served mostly in Kerala Onam / Vishu / Festivals banana leaf feasts. “Koottu” itself means “mix” and as the name says, it is a thick and dry but slightly sweet dish made with a mix of specifically chosen veggies and black chana. So herewith I share with you all an authentic recipe of Central Travancore Style Koottu Curry recipe which is very yummy to the core.
