Tuna Fish Pickle - How to make tasty Fish Pickle Kerala Style – Choora Meen Achar God’s Own Country Style
(Here is the recipe of traditional Kerala Style Tuna Fish Pickle, which is spicy and super tasty and has got a very long shelf life as well and hence it is worth making and storing. You may use the same recipe for any kind of hard meat fish which can be pickled as well. A spoonful of this pickle will be more than enough for your lunch, if at all you miss out the fresh fish to dish out.)
Ingredients
Tuna Fish (Nei Meen Choora) - 1 kg
Turmeric Powder - 1+1 tsp
Chilli Powder
(Kashmiri + Normal) - 4 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Garlilc - 30-35 cloves
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek Powder - 1 tbsp
Asafetida - 1 tsp (it is tsp not tbsp. as said in the video..pls correct)
Ginger - 3 tbsp
Green Chilly - 5 nos
Curry Leaves - 4 stalks
Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil / Mustard Oil - 300 ml
Apple Cider Vinegar - 200 ml
