It was during this period that they became synonymous with the dance music world and its outer fringes, delivering music which was both digestible to its widespread audience, but also jarring in its raucous context. It’s this juxtaposition which has made the band so infamous, with their music being heralded as a defining part of the electronic landscape over the past eight years. The Italian based band have since made several transitions over that time frame but now they’re ready to take on 2019 with a re-release of their biggest anthem to date. Running for over a decade, they’ve captured what Cyberpunk is in the modern era. And through their performances at some of the world’s most famous clubs they’ve become an international name, one which has helped define the crossover between contemporary sounds and an unforgiving, upfront musical mentality. The masked look which they’ve donned since the beginning has also propelled them as an act with a unique identity, something that is a fundamental part of each one of their sonic offerings. The originality of their shows is also a stand out part of their dynamic, with the use of two consoles at once, powered by several powered audio machines, captivating fans over an era. For the New Year, they’re about to unleash a rework of ‘Fuck the System’, which sees them draw the original through an even more complex production standard, something they’ve refined over years of experience. They’re joining the ranks of High Scream Records for this revamp; the label stretches between Milan, London and Berlin and its often been described as a ground-breaking cultural centre for each city. The new take on ‘Fuck the System’ continues with the same slamming drum beats and whirling metallic crashes but this time it follows a slightly slower tempo. The new life that’s breathed into ‘Fuck the System’ proves the longevity of Cyberpunkers. This new chapter for the classic also indicates a new age for an outfit, one where they’ve already set their foundations and they’re looking to move even further into the spotlight over the coming months.
