California Phantom's video: FAA Drone Failure Pursuing Rogue Pilots

I've been dealing with an issue that is creeping up more and more, and so I decided to make this sort of rant video in response to an this issue I've been encountering. Approximately one out of every twenty or so clients; usually for some time of business I get hired for wants to do some drone shots that flat out illegal. Normally I can talk to the client and find some kind of happy medium while adhering to the FAA guidelines in terms of commercial 107 pilots. Lately I have been losing out on opportunities due to some unlicensed or rogue pilots who are willing to shoot in whatever condition in order to get the job. The problem with this beyond just stealing money off of my plate is if they do make some kind of mistake, it ends up costing the entire drone community through the enactment of MORE laws. My problem is the current structure for reporting violations are only in an online form which SELDOM ever gets followed up on. Local law enforcement for the large part won't uphold federal laws/guidelines. Its frustrating because it really shows how incompetent FAA truly is in enforcing these laws. They seem to be going after the occasional YouTuber, or some stupid viral video more than pursuing actual complaints.
