Sa kainan, hindi talaga nawawala ang mga leftover ulam and rice. Relate ba kayo mga mommy? Nakakahinayang naman na hindi kainin ang mga leftover ulam and rice so I decided to add a twist to it! Kaya heto ang aking OiLinamnam na hack dyan! Happy Watching! Recipe 1: Chicken and Broccoli Casserole Recipe Ingredients: 2 cups cooked rice 2 cups chopped raw broccoli 2 cups cooked chicken (I like to use shredded rotisserie or leftovers) 6 tbsp butter 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tsp Italian seasoning 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (grated) 12 pcs Ritz crackers Jolly Claro Cooking Oil Procedure: -Preheat the oven to 350°F. Thinly coat a baking pan with Jolly Claro Cooking Oil. -Place the cooked rice in the bottom of the pan then add the chopped broccoli on top of the rice. Set aside. -Melt 4 tbps. of butter in a pan over low heat. Slowly whisk in the flour and mix until combined. -Whisk in the chicken broth and add in the Italian seasoning. Stir until slightly thickened (about 2 minutes). -Mix in the sour cream and 1/2 cup cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. -Add the shredded chicken into the cream mixture and then pour over top of the broccoli. -Sprinkle the remaining cheese over top. Mix the ritz crumbs with the remaining butter and sprinkle on top. -Bake chicken broccoli casserole uncovered for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Recipe 2: Bacon Cheese Bites Recipe Ingredients: 3 cups cooked rice 1 cup bacon, cooked and chopped 1 cup cheese 3 cups breadcrumbs 2 eggs Jolly Claro Cooking Oil Procedure: -In a medium bowl, mix together rice, bacon, cheese, 1 cup bread crumbs, and eggs. -Dip your hands into a bowl of water, then grab a handful of the rice mixture and firmly press into a ball. -Coat the rice balls in the remaining bread crumbs. -Preheat Jolly Claro Cooking Oil in the fryer to 170˚C. -Fry the rice balls for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. -Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain, sprinkle with salt. -Serve and enjoy!
